Rowena founded R. Construction Solutions on August 24, 2017, after decades in commercial construction — from project management and estimating to owner's representation and RFP writing, including heavy-civil work. She holds QCCM (CQM-C) and Procore certifications.
She built OpsHUB because the contractors she worked with were losing jobs to slow follow-up, loose scopes and paperwork. Every pipeline stage, clarification and exhibit in OpsHUB comes from real job sites.
