What does onboarding include?
Your setup fee includes a 60-minute kickoff call where we complete Company Setup with you, import your price list and review your terms, a 30-minute check-in at day 14, and email support during your first month.
What is Ro Support?
Ro Support is an optional $200 per month add-on: a monthly working session with Rowena Tulacz, priority support, and help adapting automations, forms and proposals to how you work.
