• Add your logoSettings > Business Profile. A square PNG works best.
• Add one real leadContacts > Add Contact. Name, phone, email and job type. This is the lead we use as a live example on the call.
• Book your 60-minute kickoffPick a time here. Book within your first 5 business days.
• Gather three thingsYour logo file, your license number(s) and one sample estimate or price list.

• Company SetupLegal name, DBA, license, markets, service area, markup, labor burden, retainage and warranty term go into your account settings.
• Phone and emailConnect your business email. We explain text-message registration (A2P) and your phone number. You approve and pay for the number.
• Pipeline walk-throughYour Work Stages from New Lead to Aftercare, the contact-card dropdowns, and how a lead moves from estimate to contract.
• Load your pricesYour CSI-coded line items start at $0. We import or enter your prices and build one estimate end to end.
• Takeoffs (optional)If you use Notion for takeoffs, we connect your takeoff workspace.
• Book your day-14 check-in30 minutes, about two weeks out.

• Send your first real estimateFrom the contact card: open the lead, start an estimate, adjust quantities, send.
• Move one job through the stagesChange the Work Stage on the contact as the job moves. The tasks and emails for that stage start on their own.
• Write down what bugs youBring the list to your check-in. That is usually where the biggest win is.
